About Us


Tidy Lives is a family run business based in the Redditch and Worcestershire area.

We appreciate that it is hard for many clients to allow strangers to become involved with their past, present and future through their belongings. This is why we chose to be a solely family-based business. 

  We also work alongside the community sector in Worcestershire and surrounding areas, providing services to help people get back on track with their lives through decluttering either alongside you or virtually. There are also decluttering boxes available to buy and that way you can access support more privately if preferred with an option to join a private group.

Courses will be available soon.

We understand that for many people decluttering and organising their homes is a very small step in a long journey. This journey is not the same for everyone and that is why we take the time to get to know the clients individually to be able to cater to their specific needs.

Please note:   We are not a cleaning service but will happily make sure the area that we have organised is cleaned as we go so it can look its best.  Any discarded or donated items we are happy to remove from the property as we have a waste carrier licence. We can also arrange other services for larger items if required.


Pricing is set at an hourly rate depending on the amount of staff required. Minimum hourly rate for 2 staff is £55.00

This will be agreed at consultation and timesheets and records of visits will be kept and updated regularly.

Rachael


My name is Rachael and I am the creator/owner of Tidy Lives which has been running successfully since 2016.    I have over 30 years experience in administration organisation and a further 18 years in Interior Design of which I am degree qualified in. I also have an award in Education and Training which has enabled me to tutor adults within my local community.
I trained as a Hoarding Practitioner in 2019, hold an Enhanced DBS and are fully insured.   I created Tidy Lives after seeing the effects of clutter and then hoarding behaviours on individuals and families after a changes in circumstances. I knew then that there needed to be more support for those that need help in organising and decluttering their spaces.    I trained as a Hoarding Practitioner in 2019 and joined Home Sweet Home to assist clients relocating abroad. In 2022, I joined the The Senior Move Partnership and take great pride in working with alongside them.   Our aim is restore calm and improve wellbeing of our clients by dealing with outstanding clutter and disorganisation. We leave our clients feeling relieved and free of their clutter not only in their homes but in their mind.

My name is Ellie and I have been working at Tidy Lives since 2018. Having previously trained and worked for a large retail company , I have been on multiple hoarding and decluttering training courses and I have certified knowledge and experience in professional decluttering and organisation.

  I enjoy helping and supporting those who are struggling to declutter their spaces and moving home as here at Tidy Lives we take pride in supporting those in and around our local community and beyond.


I trained as a Hoarding Practitioner in 2019, hold an enhanced DBS and are fully insured.
